Hosting infrastructure, DNS, and related infrastructure services.

Data handled
Application traffic, infrastructure logs, database hosting context, DNS records, and operational metadata.
Location note
Deployment region depends on the active Portaviq environment.

Brevo

Transactional email delivery for OTP and account access emails.

Data handled
Recipient email address, sender identity, message metadata, and transactional email content.
Location note
Provider-managed email infrastructure.

PostgreSQL database environment

Primary application data store for Portaviq records.

Data handled
Account, organization, site, heartbeat, pageview, feedback, and Early Access records.
Location note
Runs inside the active Portaviq hosting environment.

Change notice

The provider list may change as Portaviq moves beyond Early Access.

Portaviq should keep this page current before adding a new provider that materially processes customer personal data. Customers who need a signed processing agreement can contact Portaviq before connecting production client sites.
