Portaviq is built for legitimate WordPress portfolio operations. These rules protect customers, site owners, visitors, and the service.
Authorization is required
Only connect sites you are allowed to manage.
- Do not add, verify, monitor, or track a WordPress site unless you have permission from the site owner, client, or authorized operator.
- Do not use Portaviq to hide monitoring from a client or site owner who should know it is installed.
- Do not share setup tokens, tracking secrets, or access credentials with unauthorized people.
Prohibited harmful use
Portaviq may not be used to support harmful or unlawful activity.
- Unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, exploitative, or harmful businesses or campaigns.
- Malware, phishing, credential abuse, account takeover, scraping abuse, or attempts to harvest private data.
- Spam, deceptive outreach, impersonation, or misleading claims about Portaviq or connected sites.
- Fake traffic, fake reviews, deceptive SEO networks, link schemes, or artificial engagement systems.
Restricted commercial categories
Portaviq is not intended to support businesses that create legal, safety, or serious ethical risk.
- Adult or pornographic exploitation.
- Gambling-related commercial use.
- Predatory or interest-based lending promotion.
- Alcohol or drug-related commercial use where unlawful, harmful, or exploitative.
Service abuse
Users must not disrupt Portaviq or other customers.
- Do not overload, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or abuse Portaviq systems.
- Do not attempt to access organizations, sites, reports, beta leads, or API responses that do not belong to you.
- Do not use the plugin, APIs, or dashboards to send abusive traffic or test attacks against Portaviq.
